1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using kundraastro.com ("the Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Kundra Astro provides:

  • Free daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly Vedic horoscopes.
  • Expert Kundali (birth chart) analysis reports.
  • Live chat astrology consultations.
  • Tarot reading services.
  • Numerology and name number calculators.
  • Vedic astrology blog articles.

3. Nature of Astrological Services

Astrology is a traditional practice offered for guidance, reflection, and self-understanding purposes only. Our services:

  • Are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
  • Should not be used as the sole basis for important life decisions.
  • Are based on Vedic Jyotish methodology and interpretive tradition, not empirical science.

We encourage users to approach astrology as a contemplative tool rather than a predictive guarantee.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate information when submitting forms or requesting services.
  • You must not use automated systems or bots to access our services.
  • You must not attempt to abuse, spam, or disrupt our website or APIs.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use our services.

5. Payments, Refunds & Chargebacks

  • Every price is shown before you pay: in Indian rupees for visitors in India and in US dollars everywhere else.
  • Payments are processed securely: in India by Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking and wallets), and everywhere else by PayPal (your PayPal account, or any debit or credit card without one). We never see or store your card details.
  • Reports are delivered digitally by email, and on WhatsApp where you give us a number. Consultations are scheduled with you after payment.
  • Free services (horoscopes, calculators, overview reports) carry no payment obligation.

All sales are final: no refunds

Every report, consultation and bundle is prepared for you personally from the details you give us, and work on it begins as soon as you order. For this reason all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, in full or in part, for any paid service. This includes change of mind, disagreement with the content of a reading, and details entered incorrectly at checkout. By completing payment you confirm that you have read and accepted this policy.

If something goes wrong on our side, for example your report has not reached you or a booked session did not take place, write to contact@kundraastro.com with your order details and we will resend the report or complete the service.

Chargebacks and payment disputes

Please contact us before raising a dispute or chargeback with your bank, card issuer or PayPal. Raising a chargeback for a service that has been paid for and delivered is a breach of these terms. We keep a record of every order, including the details you submitted, your acceptance of these terms at checkout and proof of delivery, and we will provide it to the payment provider to contest any such dispute. We may decline future orders from customers who raise unfounded chargebacks.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including articles, horoscope text, reports, design, and branding — is the intellectual property of Kundra Astro. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish our content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kundra Astro shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We provide content "as is" without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle your personal data.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
